Why JMC?
At Jmc, we've been designing and manufacturing swingarms for 23 years.
We pride ourselves on advancing swingarm design and using the best materials we can source. That's why all our swingarms are manufactured from 7020 aluminium, using our own bespoke extrusion, not only for the 'arms themselves but also our bracing section. This currently costs around 2.5 times the price per kilo of 6000 series aluminium which other swingarm manufacturers use, so you can understand why we shake our heads when we see the high prices of other swingarm manufacturers!
We use high-end CAD software to draw and design specific parts and components, whether it's a whole swingarm front-end, linkage mounting points or our Pro-Street slotted adjusters. They're all meticulously designed, tested and then machined on our CNC machine.
Our swingarms, like for like, are nearly always lighter than stock and are fundamentally stiffer than your stock swingarm offering improved, more responsive handling and reducing unsprung weight.

Aluminium Alloys Comparison Table
As shown above the 7000 series aluminium has the highest Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS) of all major alloys, certainly compared to the 6000 series which most standard and other after-market swingarms are manufactured from.
With the extremely high heat used in TIG welding we believe 7020 grade aluminium to offer the greatest overall chararcteristics. It will naturally regain around 30% of its tensile strength AFTER welding which other alloys do not do.
As you can see our bracing section is meaty 50x25mm section with an internal rib for extra strength and our 'arms are fabricated from a 75x35mm hollow section.
Wheel adjustment
We offer four different types of wheel adjustment depending on your requirements.
